After years of dedication to stretching canvases and my body, I had the honor or displyaing my SPLITS ART, at the “Gustave Eiffel Hall” inside the Eiffel Tower, Paris, France during the international show “La Grande Exposition Universelle” on Oct 23, 2014. I present an award as an artist intended to go down in history, by Jose Van Roy Dali, the son of the great Salvador Dali. To have received this honor was a dream come true!

My emotional connection to the Eiffel Tower and Paris is quite strong. The recent terrorists attacks there, and the question "What voice does an artist have?" inspired me to create my own iconic image entitled: Peace for the World, 2015.
The viral image of the Eiffel Tower with circle around it, symbolizing a peace sign, using the hashtags #PEACEforPARIS and #PRAYforPARIS resonated with me. Yet, sadly, there are horrific events happening everday in countries around our Earth. We must focus on peace and prayers but on a bigger scale. That is what my SPLITS ART artwork Peace for the World with hashtags #PEACEfortheWORLD #PRAYfortheWORLD opens the conversation up on a global level.
Peace for the World, 2015 speaks volumes. The outline of the continents layered upon one another and changing from metalic gold, silver and bronze throughout the triangles of the peace sign symbolize the true connectedness of us all. Surronding the center globe I have used my SPLITS ART bodypressionism technique to create a radiating, energetic mandala to mediate this postive thought upon. The detailed center and stimulating vibrant exterior enourage balance and healing while being calming on the eye.
